Last updated: 28 March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Soliel Coaching Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Soliel Coaching Management provides a SaaS platform for coaching institutes and education providers, including student enrolment, attendance, fee tracking, tests, study materials, live classes, and role-based portals for administrators, teachers, and students.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the platform, including by attempting unauthorised access, uploading harmful material, harassing other users, infringing intellectual property rights, or using the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access where these terms are breached.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing on notice, and continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you upload to the platform, including student records, assessments, study materials, and attendance data. You grant us a limited right to host, process, and transmit that data only as required to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain a reliable service and communicate planned maintenance in advance where reasonably possible. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, force majeure events, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Soliel Coaching Management platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the platform without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soliel Coaching Management will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability in connection with the service will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may end the agreement at any time. On termination, your access to the platform may be withdrawn and your data may be retained for a limited period to support export, compliance, backup, and security obligations before deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any non-excludable rights available under applicable consumer law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
