Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Soliel Coaching Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Soliel Coaching Management provides a SaaS platform for managing coaching institutes — including student enrollment, attendance, fee tracking, test management, study materials, live classes, and role-based portals for admins, teachers, and students.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting unauthorized access, uploading malicious content, harassing other users, violating intellectual property rights, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as chosen at signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the platform, including student records, test content, study materials, and attendance data. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
The Soliel Coaching Management platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soliel Coaching Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion. You may export your data at any time before termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of Maharashtra, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
